Sulaiman holds a Higher National Certificate in Business Management and currently pursuing his MBA in management. He has founded multiple companies ranging from restaurants to real estate.

Omar is a strategic advisor and HR specialist, who advises business leaders on strategic insight, succession planning, leadership capability, change management initiatives, cultural sensitivity and ultimately, business performance.
